Jen Fields

Jen Fields is a highly experienced professional with a rich background in project analysis, business intelligence, and technical training. Since March 2013, Jen has served as a Senior Project Analyst at Gilbane Building Company, where key contributions include building a comprehensive data and reporting infrastructure and integrating over 10 applications for enhanced analytics. As the Owner and Senior Consultant at Sutton Technology Group since 1993, Jen specializes in business intelligence solutions such as Microstrategy and SSRS, providing tailored reports for a large construction management company. Jen also brings over two decades of technical training experience, having designed and delivered courses on diverse topics ranging from iSCSI to SQL Server. Prior roles include Senior Storage Consultant at GlassHouse Technologies, IT Manager at Oread, and various consulting and training positions. Jen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Management from the University of Maine, Orono, complemented by a high school diploma from Peabody High School.
