Esther Hackett, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a Vice President of Human Resources with extensive experience as a strategic business partner in both public and private sectors. They have managed HR functions across various regions, including the Caribbean, Europe, and North America, focusing on areas such as Talent Development, Employee Engagement, and HR Compliance. Esther's previous roles include Human Resources Manager at FirstCaribbean International Bank, and Vice President of Human Resources at Gildan. They hold a BSc in Management Studies from The University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus and an MBA from Dalhousie University.
