Jay Mann, FSA, is a seasoned HR leader currently serving as Vice President of Global Compensation and Digital HR at Gildan. Prior to this role, Jay held positions as Senior Vice-President of Global Total Rewards and HR Operations and Vice President of Global Total Rewards at Fiera Capital. Jay previously directed the global total rewards function at CN and also managed compensation and pensions strategies there. Jay earned a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from Université Laval and completed studies in Pure and Applied Science at Cegep Maisonneuve.
