Reyna Tinoco

Reyna Tinoco is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Gildan, a position held since 2014. Previously, they occupied various HR management roles at Gildan San Marcos and Gildan Rivas from 2008 to 2013, and worked as an HR Officer at Federacion Red Nicasalud between 2006 and 2008. Reyna began their career as an Analyst in the Department of Personnel Administration and later became the Head of the Department of Personal Development at Universidad Centroamericana in Managua. They hold a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Centroamericana and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations, with a specialization in Project Cooperation from Universidad para la Integración de Americana Latina.
