Daniel Ford

Daniel Ford has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of research and technology. Daniel currently serves as the Chief Scientist at Gilded since June 2021, where they provide expertise and guidance. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Advisor at Gilded from May 2020. From 2018 to 2019, they held the position of Principal Research Staff Member at IBM Research. Before that, they founded Keoja in 2016, where they served as the Founder until 2018. Daniel also worked as the Executive Director and Chief Scientist for Mobility and The Internet of Things at Dell Research from 2013 to 2016. In 2011, they co-founded Paupt Labs LLC and held the role of Co-Founder until 2013. Daniel's earlier experience includes working as a Research Staff Member at IBM Almaden Research Center from 1992 to 2011. Daniel started their career as a Ph.D. Student at the University of Waterloo in 1986.
