Mark Ritter

Mark Ritter is the Chief Risk Officer at GILDED and has over 30 years of experience in finance, education, and technology. Previously, they held various leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at trueEX Group LLC and Chief Investment Officer at James Alpha Management LLC. Mark served on the boards of Fintron Invest, Aspen K Space, Morgan Stanley Derivative Products, and Cipherpoint, and was recognized as “Risk Manager of the Year” by Risk Magazine in 2003. They have also contributed to academia as a lecturer and executive in residence at Sacred Heart University and will serve as Dean of the School of Business at La Salle University. Mark holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Doctor of Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Education Policy Analysis.
