Gilead Dynamics is a cleantech company developing advanced recycling technologies designed to address the global tire waste challenge through solutions that are both environmentally impactful and economically viable.

The company’s flagship technology, the Carbon Black Extractor (CBX), is a mobile tire-recycling platform engineered to convert end-of-life tires into valuable byproducts, including recycled carbon black (rCB), oil, and gas. Designed for industrial deployment, CBX systems operate directly on-site in as little as eight hours at tire storage and disposal sites—allowing operators to process waste where it accumulates while generating marketable resources and revenue streams.

Unlike traditional tire-recycling infrastructure, which relies on large fixed facilities, high capital investment, and often subsidy-dependent models, CBX is designed to overcome the core barriers that have historically limited profitability in the industry. Its mobile design reduces infrastructure costs, simplifies deployment, and enables a distributed model with stronger unit economics, lower operational complexity, and a clear path to profitability.

CBX systems are built for flexibility and scalability, with the ability to be transported using standard freight infrastructure and redeployed as supply conditions change—bringing processing capability directly to tire waste at a global scale.

By combining practical engineering with a distributed recycling model, Gilead Dynamics is transforming one of the world’s most persistent waste streams into a recoverable industrial resource, making tire recycling not just a sustainability initiative, but a viable and scalable industrial business.
