Carlos Afonso is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial planning and analysis. Carlos held the position of Senior Finance Manager in FP&A at Leap Wireless from August 2008 to November 2011, followed by a role as Associate Director of Finance at Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from November 2011 to June 2016.
