Caroline Jacques, PhD, RPh, CFE, currently serves as the Director of Pharmacy Audit & Fraud, Waste, and Abuse at Elixir since April 2017, where significant improvements in recoveries were achieved under Caroline Jacques' leadership, including a 100% increase in recoveries through the development of a comprehensive framework for fraud prevention and investigation. Previously, Caroline Jacques held the position of Manager of Pharmacy Investigations & Recoveries at EnvisionRx from April 2012 to April 2017, where innovative workflows for pharmacy audits were established. Earlier roles include Staff Pharmacist at CVS Pharmacy, where compliance with best practices was ensured, as well as previous research positions focused on endocrinology and biochemistry, including a Post Doctoral Associate role at the University of Miami supported by the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Caroline Jacques holds a PhD in Biochemistry and completed post-doctoral studies in Diabetes at the University of Miami.
