Chris Brann is an award-winning Principal of US Commercial Field Force Effectiveness at Gilead Sciences, a Fortune 149 biopharma recognized as a TIME100 Most Influential Company in 2025. With experience in Organizational Effectiveness, People Analytics, and Change Management, Chris currently leads the continuous improvement of field effectiveness across multiple therapeutic areas including HCV and Oncology. They co-led the development of the ACS-Advanced Competitive Sales training program, receiving numerous accolades and recognition as a finalist for "Best Achievement in Organizational Culture Change" at the PEN 2022 Global Awards. Chris has held approximately ten roles at Gilead since 2011 and previously worked as a people analytics consultant and a lawyer specializing in employment and corporate law. They hold a BA from the University of California-Santa Barbara, an MA in I/O Psychology from Columbia University, and a JD from Duke University.
