Christopher Iwata is a strategic and operations professional currently serving as the Chief of Staff to the EVP of Human Resources at Gilead Sciences. They previously held key roles at Sony, Nokia, Bowers & Wilkins, and Equinix, where they focused on driving strategic initiatives, financial planning, and corporate transformation. With a career that began as a management consultant, Iwata has demonstrated expertise in cross-functional collaboration and leadership communications across diverse global markets. They are pursuing an MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and hold a Bachelor of Science in Economics with honors from the University of Bristol.
