Craig S. Meyer

Craig S. Meyer, PhD, MPH, MS, is a strategic leader in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on advancing real-world evidence and improving patient outcomes. Currently serving as Director of Global Medical Affairs at Gilead Sciences, they have held positions as Principal Scientist at Johnson & Johnson and Senior Scientist at Genentech, where they designed and executed health economics and outcomes research studies. Their previous experience includes roles at Takeda, where they contributed to health and economic outcomes research in neuroscience, and at the University of Minnesota, where they engaged in biostatistical research and served as a Behavioral Health Technician. Craig is pursuing multiple advanced degrees, including a PhD in Epidemiology from the University of Minnesota.
