Dane Holte

Dane Holte is a Senior Research Scientist at Gilead Sciences, specializing in process chemistry since October 2021. Prior to this role, Dane served as a Senior Scientist I at AbbVie from June 2016 to September 2021, focusing on the design and synthesis of novel linkers and high-potency warheads for antibody drug conjugates. Dane's experience also includes a position as a Scientist I at Stemcentrx, Inc., where contributions involved process development and GMP synthesis of linker-drugs. Academic achievements include a Postdoctoral Fellowship at The Scripps Research Institute, where Dane coauthored a heterocyclic chemistry electronic book, and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Scripps Research.
