Darius Kuras is a global communications and public affairs executive with extensive experience across healthcare and retail sectors. They have served as Vice President of U.S. Public Affairs at Gilead Sciences while also holding roles such as Senior Director of Public Affairs in Canada and Senior Advisor for External Communications at McKesson Canada. With a background that includes consulting for Navigator Ltd. and the French Ministry of National Education, Darius has developed a diverse skill set in communication strategies, media relations, and crisis management.
