Derek Hok

Derek Hok is currently the Director of Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management at Gilead Sciences, where they lead cross-functional teams to achieve common business goals. Previously, Derek served as an Associate Director at Bristol Myers Squibb, managing critical supplier relationships and operational strategies. Their early career included roles as a Research Associate at UC Berkeley and UCSF, and they also tutored and led group sessions for organic chemistry students at Berkeley. Derek is pursuing a Master's of Business and Science in Drug Discovery at Rutgers University, where they rank first in their class.
