Elizabeth Baxter

Elizabeth Baxter is an accomplished strategic communications and public relations professional, currently serving as the Deputy Head and Senior Director of Media Relations at Gilead Sciences. With extensive experience in media relations, crisis communications, and executive communications, Baxter has previously held leadership roles at Roche and Sanofi, where they focused on corporate communications and product launches. They developed their foundation in communications as a Public Relations Assistant at Showtime Networks and as a Research Assistant at the VA Hospital/Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Presently, Baxter is also pursuing education at Edgewood College.
