Eric Shenfield is a data-driven marketing and communications leader celebrating 20 years in online publishing and 15 years in innovative solutions for healthcare, CPG, and confections industries. They served as Global Head of Digital Analytics at Roche, where they focused on developing analytics capabilities, and previously led digital initiatives at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Canada Inc. as an eBusiness Manager. Currently, they are employed at Gilead Sciences, continuing to apply their extensive expertise in digital engagement. Eric is also pursuing a BA in Communications Studies from Concordia University.
