Farrah Black is a Principal Medical Scientist and Executive Medical Scientist at Gilead Sciences, with a focus on liver disease since 2013. Prior to this, Farrah worked as a Physician Assistant Certified at Banner Good Samaritan Liver Disease Center and served as adjunct faculty at A.T. Still University.
