Jack Wessel is the Senior Associate General Counsel for Trademarks at Gilead Sciences, where they have worked for the past seven years. With over a decade of experience in trademark law, Jack provides legal advice to various stakeholders within the company, manages global trademark portfolios, and collaborates on licensing and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Gilead, Jack represented clients in diverse industries on intellectual property issues for five years. Jack holds a Juris Doctor from Franklin Pierce Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Sociology from the State University of New York at Binghamton. Currently, Jack serves as Vice-Chair of the International Trademark Association's In House Practitioner Committee.
