Jane Guthrie

Jane Guthrie is the Associate General Counsel at Gilead Sciences and has built a robust legal career spanning various industries. They began their journey in the legal field as a Contract Specialist/Legal Analyst at Chevron Corporation from 1998 to 2002, before moving on to positions at Dewey Ballantine LLP, Clearwell Systems, and Good Technology, where they served as Senior Counsel and Director of Contracts. Between 2007 and 2010, Jane worked at Greenberg Traurig, LLP as an Intellectual Property/Information Technology Licensing & Transactions Associate Attorney. They hold a Juris Doctor with a specialization in High Technology (Intellectual Property) from Santa Clara University School of Law and are currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Marketing at the University of Northern Iowa.
