John Majewski is a biomedical engineer with expertise in combination drug/device products and medical device design, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Device Engineering at Gilead Sciences. Previously, they held roles as a Device Development Engineer and Research Associate, where they significantly improved sensor yield and developed innovative testing protocols for glucose sensors. John completed a Masters of Advanced Study in Medical Device Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Virginia. Their passion for enhancing patients' quality of life is demonstrated through a history of diligent research and cross-functional collaboration on projects focused on diabetes and respiratory disease treatments.
