Jonathan Tripp

Jonathan Tripp is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in pharmaceutical research and development. Currently serving as a Director at Gilead Sciences since 2014, Jonathan has progressed through various roles, including Principal Scientist I and Senior Research Scientist II, where responsibilities encompassed project and people management, as well as integrating small molecule assets into development portfolios focused on oncology and inflammation. Prior to Gilead, Jonathan worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 2008 to 2013, undertaking roles that involved delivering clinical grade materials for multiple drug candidates across diverse therapeutic areas. Jonathan's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.Sc. in Chemistry with a concentration in Medicinal Chemistry from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Earlier educational experiences include receiving the International Baccalaureate at the International School The Hague and an International General Certificate of Secondary Education at ATC Hilversum.
