Kelli Boucher

Kelli Boucher, GMS, currently serves as a Sr. Manager for Global Mobility at Gilead Sciences, focusing on the development of a transformative global mobility strategy. Previously, Kelli held the position of Global Mobility Manager at eBay, overseeing relocation, immigration, and tax compliance while designing various mobility programs aligned with organizational objectives. Kelli's experience also includes a role as Director of Business Development at Graebel Companies, Inc., where responsibility included building significant new business pipelines and managing proposal processes. Prior to that, Kelli worked at Cartus in multiple roles, including Account Manager and Business Analyst, emphasizing mobility strategy, policy implementation, and process enhancements. Kelli holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Western Connecticut State University and studied International Relations and Affairs at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
