Leo Delgado

Leo Delgado is currently a Senior Counsel at Gilead Sciences, where their practice focuses on regulatory compliance counseling and white collar criminal defense, particularly in conducting internal investigations with a regional emphasis on Latin America. Prior to this role, Leo held positions at Adobe as Legal Counsel for Investigations, and at Winston & Strawn LLP as a Senior Associate specializing in white collar and regulatory defense. Leo also gained valuable experience as an Assistant Federal Public Defender from 2016 to 2019, and as a Judicial Law Clerk with the U.S. District Courts in the Western District of Texas. Leo earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Harvard Law School in 2013.
