Lillian Brown

Lillian Brown is a Director of Clinical Development at Gilead Sciences, where they focus on advancing HIV prevention and promoting equity in research and implementation. They previously served as an Assistant Professor at the University of California, San Francisco from 2018 to 2022, along with roles as a Resident Physician and Clinical Research Fellow. Lillian earned a PhD in Epidemiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MD from the same institution, as well as a BA in Biology from Harvard University. They are committed to ending the HIV epidemic through innovative approaches in clinical development.
