Lilly C. is the Founder and Managing Partner of Kaizen LLC, where they leverage over 13 years of expertise in learning and development to drive organizational transformation. Prior to establishing Kaizen, they held senior consulting roles at major companies including Wells Fargo, Gap Inc., and Amgen, where they were responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training solutions. Lilly earned an MBA in Organizational Management from Rice University and completed an Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Kennedy School. Currently, they focus on leadership development and learning strategy at Gilead Sciences and have contributed to various initiatives at Genentech and other esteemed organizations.
