Lucy Guest

Lucy Guest is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in regulatory operations and a strong commitment to inclusion and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as Associate Director of Regulatory Operations at Gilead Sciences since June 2019, Lucy leads international document processing and co-leads the Inclusion & Diversity Team for the Cambridge and Stockley Park sites. Previously, Lucy held significant roles such as Senior Manager at PPD and Senior Safety Administration Manager at Greenhill Group Ltd, alongside recruitment-focused positions at Nigel Lynn Associates. Lucy earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with honors from the University of Hertfordshire between 2000 and 2003.
