Marcy Auerbach-Unal

Marcy Auerbach-Unal has extensive experience in project and program management within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors, particularly in oncology and inflammation. At Gilead Sciences from January 2018 to July 2022, Marcy held key roles including Director of Global Program Management for Oncology and Associate Director positions in Project Management and Biomarker Project Management. Prior to Gilead, Marcy worked at Genentech from April 2008 to January 2018 as a Global Project Manager and Senior Research Associate, and served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Scripps Research Institute from March 2007 to April 2008. Marcy earned a PhD in Virology from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons in 2005, following a BS in Biology from the University at Albany in 1997.
