Mary Lind

Mary Lind is a seasoned medical writer specializing in oncology, currently serving as the Medical Writing Oncology Franchise Lead at Gilead Sciences. With a robust background, Mary has led regulatory writing activities for global teams and managed quality for documents produced by junior staff. Previously, Mary held positions at Astellas Pharma, including Medical Writing Program Director and Associate Medical Writing Program Director, where they guided the global medical writing for marketed oncology products. Mary began their career at Discovery International and later established Lind Medical Writing Services, which further honed their expertise in regulatory medical writing. They are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Biotechnology with a focus on Regulatory Affairs and Cell Biology from The Johns Hopkins University, complementing their Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
