Matt Doty

Matt Doty is currently the Associate Director of Quality Control at Gilead Sciences, overseeing multiple laboratories and managing clinical and commercial testing of biologics programs. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Manager and Quality Control Manager at Gilead, with a strong focus on improving processes and integrating biologics into the organization's operations. Matt's career began at Gen Probe as an intern, followed by experience as an Associate Scientist at Millennium Laboratories and as a QC Analyst at Genentech. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
