Michael Boyd

Michael Boyd is an accomplished professional in government affairs and policy development, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Gilead Sciences since October 2018, where leadership spans a global team of over 120 individuals. Prior to this role, Michael founded Hillbrook Strategies, LLC, providing consulting services with a focus on public policy solutions for clients such as PhRMA and Exact Sciences, Inc. Previous positions include Vice President of Global Government Affairs at AbbVie, Vice President of International Public Affairs at Pfizer, and Acting Director General of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Associations. Michael's extensive experience also includes strategic roles at Schering-Plough and Pfizer, as well as foundational work in legislative assistance for the U.S. House of Representatives. Michael holds a BA in Economics from Kenyon College and a JD from American University Washington College of Law.
