Mike L.

Mike L. is a Clinical Development and Innovation leader with extensive experience in clinical strategy across Phase I-IV trials, focusing on oncology, virology, and transplant. They currently serve as the Sr. Director and Head of Clinical Design and Data at Gilead Sciences, where they leverage real-world evidence to innovate drug development and enhance patient access to personalized therapies. Previously, Mike held various roles at Genentech and Exelixis, and contributed to clinical science at Bristol-Myers Squibb and as a post-doctoral fellow at Novartis/Rutgers University School of Pharmacy. Mike earned a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of California, San Francisco, and has degrees in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Medical Sciences.
