Nicholas Wu

Nicholas Wu is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in international tax management and academia. Currently serving as International Tax Director at Gilead Sciences since May 2018, Nicholas has held multiple positions within the organization, including Associate Director and Senior Manager. In parallel, Nicholas has been a Lecturer at the University of California, Irvine School of Law since January 2020, where expertise in tax law and data analytics is shared through a practicum course. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Tax Associate at PwC, where advanced skills in data visualization and automation were employed for tax forecasting and compliance. Nicholas began a career in finance at The Daily Californian as Assistant Finance Manager and has also gained experience as an Efficiency Consultant Co-op at IBM. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
