Pegah Moghaddam

Pegah Moghaddam is an accomplished finance leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Finance for the US HIV Franchise at Gilead Sciences since July 2021, Moghaddam previously held various senior finance roles at Genentech from August 2011 to June 2021, culminating in the position of Director, Head of Controlling & Financial Analysis. Earlier career experience includes roles at Ernest Gallo Clinic and Research Center and a strong educational background, including two Master's degrees in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management and London School of Business and Finance, as well as a degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
