Rich Cleaves, MBA, SPHR is currently the Director of Communications at G. Ecosystem and has a diverse background in human resources and communications. Prior to this role, they served as Manager of Healthcare & Life Sciences at ICF Next and held positions such as Communication Manager at Rockport Healthcare Services and Creative Director at Abco Technology. Rich's career began in the U.S. Coast Guard, where they worked as a Human Resource Generalist and later advanced to higher responsibilities. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
