Richard Beardsley

Richard Beardsley is the Executive Director at Gilead Sciences, having transitioned from a role as Senior Director at Genentech. They began their career with a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Arizona, where they mentored PhD students and researched non-covalent protein complexes. Previously, Richard served as a Senior Scientist at Roche, developing and validating LC-MS/MS methods, and managed bioanalytical projects while implementing innovative techniques to improve laboratory efficiency.
