Rodney Tom

Rodney Tom is an experienced professional in instructional design, quality management, and organizational transformation, currently serving as Associate Director at Gilead Sciences since October 2021. At Gilead, Rodney oversees global Document Control and Records Management, leads the implementation of training for the SAP S4/Hana ecosystem, and manages quality planning processes. Prior experience at Genentech involved coaching a large global quality organization in Lean and Agile methodologies, implementing training for over 20,000 personnel, and developing instructional design projects. Rodney's career includes roles at CSAA Insurance Group, Golden Gate University, and Indiana University, with a focus on creating effective training and educational solutions. Rodney holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Systems Technology, a Project Management certificate, and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
