Rose Rolen

Rose Rolen currently serves as Vice President of Commercial Finance at Gilead Sciences, a position held since February 2025. Prior to this role, Rose Rolen amassed over 25 years of experience at Bristol Myers Squibb, where advancements included Senior Vice President of Commercialization Finance and multiple Vice President titles overseeing Finance for various divisions, including US Commercial and Intercontinental operations. Rose Rolen has directed finance teams supporting major R&D investments and high-revenue businesses, championed successful product launches, and implemented strategic financial initiatives that significantly increased revenue and reduced costs. Early career experience includes managerial positions at Berson & Corrado, LLP CPA's and Emerald Fund, Inc., complemented by a BS in Accounting/Finance from Albright College.
