Scarlett Yang

Scarlett Yang, PhD, is a seasoned Regulatory Scientist and Immunologist currently serving as a Manager in Regulatory Affairs at Gilead. With 12 years of research experience, they have made significant contributions to both basic human immunology and the implementation of next-generation therapeutics. Scarlett earned a PhD in Immunology from the University of Pennsylvania, where their dissertation focused on the cellular functions of protein variants in leukemia. They have also completed a Certificate in Regulatory Science and contributed to various research projects, including the effects of miRNA on ovarian cancer and the role of immune cells in parasitic infections.
