Sharon Grehan

Sharon Grehan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in commercial learning and development, business strategy, and gender equity initiatives in the biopharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as Executive Director at Gilead Sciences, Sharon leads a team dedicated to global commercial learning and is the Global Lead for Women, focusing on advancing gender equity and professional development opportunities for women within the organization. Previously, Sharon held various leadership roles at Gilead, including responsibilities in US commercial learning, marketing sciences, and oncology marketing. Additionally, Sharon is the CEO of CSI Coaching, LLC, where a coaching approach emphasizes positivity and personal impact rooted in a PhD in Molecular Biology. With a solid educational background from Trinity College Dublin and the University of Galway, Sharon has also contributed to research and strategic consulting in earlier roles within the industry.
