Simon Duong

Simon Duong is a Senior Manager in Market Access and Reimbursement at Gilead Sciences, a role they have held since 2024. They previously served as the National Lead for Government Affairs and Access at ViiV Healthcare from 2022 to 2024. Simon’s career includes positions at Takeda Canada Inc. and PIVINA Consulting Inc., focusing on strategic pricing and reimbursement. They earned a Master’s Degree in Biotechnology from the University of Toronto Mississauga and a Master of Science in Cell and Systems Biology from the University of Toronto, where they also completed their Bachelor of Science. Simon’s early experience includes research work at DuPont Pioneer and an honours thesis project at the University of Toronto.
