Stan Blackwell

Stan Blackwell is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a strong background in executive search and strategic recruitment. Currently serving as Executive Director and Head of US Talent Acquisition at Gilead Sciences, Stan also oversees Global Talent Communities within the organization. Prior roles include Senior Director of Executive Search and Strategic Talent Acquisition at Medtronic, along with various positions in talent acquisition and consulting. As the CEO and Owner of The Blackwell Group, an executive and contingent search firm, Stan has honed expertise in sourcing top talent. Stan began a career in recruitment as a Senior Technical Recruiter at SGI and holds a degree from San Jose State University.
