Tera Mathews

Tera Mathews is an experienced leader in clinical operations with a demonstrated history of strategic, technical, and operational expertise. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Gilead Sciences since December 2019, Tera provides advisory support to senior leadership to achieve Clinical Operations objectives. Previous roles include Senior Director and Director of Early Phase Clinical Operations, and Director of Clinical Operations Systems at Myovant Sciences, where Tera was responsible for overseeing clinical processes and ensuring compliance. Tera's extensive background also includes significant positions at Genentech and Eli Lilly and Company, emphasizing process improvement, training development, and cross-functional collaboration.
