Troy Griffin

Troy Griffin, M.B.A., is a highly motivated and team-oriented professional currently serving as the Regional Sales Director for HIV Treatment at Gilead Sciences. With extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, they have previously held various leadership roles, including Division Sales Manager at Alder Biopharmaceuticals and Area Business Leader at Novartis. Troy began their career at Pfizer as a Territory Business Manager II and has also worked with Bristol-Myers Squibb and Amgen in similar roles. They are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Howard University.
