Xiaochun Han

Xiaochun (Timothy) Han is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in medicinal chemistry and virology research. Currently a Scientist at Gilead Sciences since October 2012, Han focuses on developing novel therapeutic agents for virology, oncology, and NASH. Prior to this role, Han spent over a decade at Roche, contributing significantly to the advancement of oncology and inflammation therapies through lead optimization and synthesis of key compounds. Educational background includes a PhD and MS in Organic Chemistry/Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Idaho, as well as a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Organic Chemistry and Chemistry, respectively, from Nankai University.
