Dan Troye has extensive experience in operational excellence and management, currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at GILLIG since August 1996, where previous roles included Plant Manager, Plant Superintendent, and Sales Engineer, among others. Additionally, Dan has been a member of the Board of Advisors for Manner Capital since July 2019, providing expertise in strategy, operations, and continuous improvement. Prior military experience includes serving as a CH-53 helicopter crew chief in the United States Marine Corps from August 1989 to August 1994. Dan holds a degree from St. Mary's University.
