Jeff Anders

Jeff Anders currently serves as the Head of the Colorado Technical Center at GILLIG since 2024, following a notable tenure at Lightning eMotors as Executive Vice President of Engineering & Regulatory from 2021 to 2024, where efforts were directed towards scaling operations for a publicly traded company specializing in battery electric commercial vehicles. Prior roles include VP Global Engineering at Bal Seal Engineering, managing engineering across several international locations, and leadership positions at IMI Precision Engineering overseeing engineering and program management across the Americas. Additional experience includes significant roles at Oshkosh Corporation, BorgWarner, and Chrysler Corporation, focusing on engineering and program management in automotive systems. Jeff Anders holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, a Master of Science in Strategic Management from Indiana University, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
