Ryan Bludau

Ryan Bludau, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ryan currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Gilmore, a role they have been in since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Gilmore from December 2019 to July 2022.

Before joining Gilmore, Ryan worked at Weatherford as a Sr. Staff member from September 2018 to December 2019. In this role, they managed transformation plans and led supply chain development and commercialization for RFID tools.

Ryan also gained valuable experience at TechnipFMC as the Manager of Product Performance from September 2016 to December 2017. Ryan further honed their skills at FMC Technologies, where they served as the Manager of a Business Unit from June 2012 to September 2016. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager of New Product Development from January 2008 to May 2012.

Adding to their extensive work history, Ryan worked at CFAN (GE & SNECMA) as the Manager of Tooling Development from June 2001 to December 2007. Ryan'scareer began at Victoria Machine & Fab. (Victoria Machine Works) as a Journeyman Machinist, where they were responsible for job planning, part setup, machine programming, and machining operations from November 1996 to June 2001.

Ryan Bludau has a Certificate in Manufacturing Engineering Technology with a Machinist Option from Texas State Technical College. Ryan also holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. Additionally, they have earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration through the EMBA Program at Texas A&M University.
