DRIVER REQUIREMENTS: 
•	18 months OTR experience 
•	No felonies/DUI in the past 10 yrs 
•	No serious offenses in the previous 3 years or pattern of unsafe practices 
•	No more than 3 moving violations, or any DOT-defined accidents in the previous 1 years
