At Gimi Michi, we're on a mission to bring the bold, authentic flavors of Southeast Asia to your everyday meals—conveniently, affordably, and with zero compromise on taste.

Born out of IIM Ahmedabad, Gimi Michi is reimagining instant food for the modern Indian consumer. Tired of the limited and often artificial options in the market, we set out to craft the real deal—starting with Korean Kimchi Ramen that’s made in India, but rooted in traditional Korean flavor.

Every bowl of Gimi Michi is backed by months of R&D, real tasting panels, and obsessive attention to detail—from the chewy, long-strand noodles to our signature seasoning and vegetable blend. It’s not just a snack—it’s a full meal experience.

We're building more than just a product—we’re building a brand that celebrates real food, cross-cultural flavors, and a bold new wave of FMCG innovation from India.

Whether you're a foodie, an explorer of global cuisines, or just someone craving a hearty, flavorful meal—we're here for you.
